You will deliver practical catering qualifications including:

- \n Kitchen safety and hygiene
- \n Menu planning and hospitality basics
- \n Confidence-building through real-life kitchen tasks

Ideal background: Professional catering or hospitality experience. Previous teaching or training experience is desirable.
