We are recruiting a dedicated Outreach Teaching Assistant to work with children and young people with complex needs who are currently not attending school. You will provide support and education in the community and home settings, helping pupils re-engage with learning and build confidence.

- Delivering structured, nurturing sessions tailored to individual needs
- Working closely with schools, families, and professionals to ensure consistency
- Travelling between locations across Derby and surrounding areas
- Car driver with own transport essential for community visits
- Experience supporting children with complex needs or SEND/SEMH
- Calm, resilient, and able to work independently
