They are looking for a dedicated Primary Teacher to deliver engaging, creative lessons to small groups of learners who benefit from structure, patience, and a relational approach.

About the Role
  • Delivering Primary-level lessons to small groups of SEND/SEMH pupils
  • Planning and adapting learning to meet individual needs
  • Creating a safe, calm, and consistent learning environment
  • Working closely with support staff and the wider pastoral team
  • Using a trauma-informed, relationship-based approach
  • Supporting pupils to build confidence, resilience, and positive learning habits
About You
  • QTS-qualified and Primary-trained
  • Experience with SEND and/or SEMH is highly desirable
  • Confident in adapting lessons and differentiating effectively
  • Calm, patient, and able to build strong, trusting relationships
  • Passionate about helping pupils overcome barriers to learning
  • Able to work as part of a supportive, committed team
