Enlightenment Education is working with a fantastic Derby SEND school seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join them on a long-term basis starting asap. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a primary background who thrives in small, nurturing class environments.
About the Role
The school is looking for a confident practitioner who can deliver:
- Phonics interventions
- Early reading support
- Targeted academic interventions across small SEND classes
- 1:1 and small-group learning to help pupils make meaningful progress
You will work closely with teachers and the intervention team to provide structured, high-quality support tailored to individual needs.
