We're recruiting an Administrator to support a busy School Trust Head Office in Derby. This is a part-time, term-time role ideal for someone organised, confident with systems, and able to pick things up quickly.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing general administrative support to the central team
- Updating records, databases and internal systems
- Managing emails, calls and day-to-day office tasks
- Preparing documents, reports and correspondence
- Supporting with scheduling, meetings and data entry
What we're looking for:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Quick to learn new systems and processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- Confident communicator with a professional manner
- Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
Hours & Pay:
- Monday to Friday, 9am–3pm - may have some flexibility
