Recruitment Consultant

OverviewManaging Director at Enlighten Supply Pool. Full time, office-based position in Harrow on the Hill, North West London, Metropolitan Line. We are a specialist recruitment agency recruiting in the education sector; this role is based in Harrow and remote working is not offered.

Benefits

£23,000 – £45,000 base salary per annum, plus highly competitive commission up to 25%

Requirements

Excellent work ethic evidenced by previous work experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Self-starter, self-motivated and goal-oriented

Will to win; strong on the phone

Determined, resilient and willing to go above and beyond

Role responsibilities

Becoming an expert in the recruitment consultant role after training by a senior mentor

Finding and qualifying candidates using provided tools

Writing and publishing adverts

Head-hunting top candidates across platforms

Building candidate market maps

Booking and conducting candidate meetings

Using the CRM to track activities

Arranging candidate interviews, preparing candidates, collecting feedback

Identifying leads and actioning them

Lead generation and conversion

Building relationships with hiring managers

Establishing your own brand in the market through various channels

Working towards monthly targets set with the team leader/mentor
