Monthly socials (previously attending Ascot, go-karting, puttshake, and top golf) 5-a-side football teams and entry into various sports tournaments Friendly and social working environment in big open plan offices The Requirements as a Recruitment Consultant Excellent work ethic evidenced by previous work experience Strong communication skills both written and verbally Self-starter, self-motivated and goal orientated The will to win, good on the phone Determined, resilient and willing to go above and beyond. The Role as a Recruitment Consultant Once trained by a senior mentor, you will become an expert in your role as a recruitment consultant. On a day to day basis you will be doing the following: Finding and qualifying candidates using all the tools and resources provided Writing and publishing adverts Headhunting \’A grade’ candidates through various platforms Building candidate market maps Booking and running candidate meetings Using our CRM system for tracking all activities Arranging candidate interviews, including preparing candidates, and collecting feedback Identifying leads and actioning them Lead generation and conversion Building relationships with hiring managers Establishing your own brand in the market through a variety of mechanisms Working towards the monthly targets set out and achieving all objectives and targets agreed with team leader/mentor The company for a Recruitment Consultant We are a specialist recruitment agency, recruiting in the education sector, in the school term time, we start at 7am. However outside of term time, we start at 9am. Kindly note that this position is based in Harrow and we do not offer remote working.
