Managing Director at Enlighten Supply Pool. Full time, office-based position in Harrow on the Hill, North West London, Metropolitan Line. We are a specialist recruitment agency recruiting in the education sector; this role is based in Harrow and remote working is not offered.

Role responsibilities
- Becoming an expert in the recruitment consultant role after training by a senior mentor
- Finding and qualifying candidates using provided tools
- Writing and publishing adverts
- Head-hunting top candidates across platforms
- Building candidate market maps
- Booking and conducting candidate meetings
- Using the CRM to track activities
- Arranging candidate interviews, preparing candidates, collecting feedback
- Identifying leads and actioning them
- Lead generation and conversion
- Building relationships with hiring managers
- Establishing your own brand in the market through various channels
- Working towards monthly targets set with the team leader/mentor
About the company
We are a specialist recruitment agency recruiting in the education sector; term-time start is 7am, outside term time 9am. This position is based in Harrow and remote working is not offered.
