Location: Middlesex House, 130 College Road, Harrow, HA1 1BQ (Harrow on the Hill is the nearest station on the Metropolitan line)

Term Time: 07:00 – 17:00 (1.5-hour lunch break)
School Holidays: 09:00 – 16:00
This is a fully office-based role. Remote or hybrid options are not available.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Billing Education Recruitment Branch Manager to lead and grow our Harrow office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven agency recruitment background—ideally within the education or social care sectors—ready to take their leadership to the next level. As a Billing Branch Manager, you’ll lead a team of Consultants and Resourcers while continuing to manage your own desk. You’ll drive business development, mentor staff, and shape the branch strategy with support from senior management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead from the front with your own billings and client development
  • Manage, inspire, and grow a team of Recruitment Consultants and Resourcers
  • Develop and execute branch sales plans and strategies
  • Conduct regular 1-2-1s and team meetings to support performance and wellbeing
  • Hire and develop talent in line with Enlighten’s values and growth plans
  • Foster a high-performing, motivated, and collaborative team culture
  • Monitor team performance, providing coaching and feedback
  • Maintain strong client and candidate relationships, ensuring satisfaction and quality service
  • Act on feedback from Learning & Development and senior leadership teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven billing success in agency recruitment (education sector preferred)
  • Experience in leading or managing a recruitment team
  • Strong knowledge of the education recruitment market (or similar sectors)
  • Results-driven, resilient, and passionate about growth and leadership
  • Exceptional interpersonal and team-building skills
