As a Content Marketing Manager, you\’ll play a key role within our marketing team, working closely with our Head of Growth to create engaging social media content, and build and activate a community of people for our fast-growing, social-first betting app.
You will be responsible for being a creator, and directly creating social content such as videos, podcasts, interviews and vlogs that reflect our core values while driving social media engagement. You will be tasked at working across our recruitment brand, property, coaching academy and develop personal brands so you must be someone who is organised and can juggle tasks to meet the demands of the business.
You\’ll have the chance to get hands‐on experience in content creation, community management and growth marketing, receive mentorship and develop your marketing skills in a fast-paced environment, and grow alongside a supportive, experienced and ambitious team.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Ideate, shoot, and also appear in in‐house video content such as podcasts and interviews.
Source content creators, communicate and negotiate deals with them.
Brief content creators on requirements, objectives, scripts and brand guidelines.
Edit video content using tools such Capcut.
Manage posting on social media channels, as well as engaging with our target market.
Requirements
What We Are Looking For
A strong understanding of and passion for building brands.
Someone who is creative, brings ideas and understands SEO and social media analytics
Experience in social media management, content creation, events planning or community engagement.
Experience in shooting and creating videos on TikTok, Instagram reels, and using editing software such as CapCut
You have high ownership, want to learn and are capable of working independently.
This position comes with accountability so please only apply for this position if you are certain you can deliver results.
Open to working weekends to shoot content, seed networks and post or stream on social media (with time in lieu).
Nice-To-Haves
Experience in a high‐growth tech environment is a nice-to-have.

Experience with paid advertising on platforms such as Meta.

£23,000 – £35,000 Annual Salary (depending on experience)

Work Arrangements
At Enlighten, we believe that building a strong team culture is as crucial as innovating in the markets we operate in. You will be a part of our Harrow team and expected to come into our office 5 days a week, located in Harrow on the Hill from 8:30am – 5pm.
