Enlighten Supply Pool are currently recruiting to find an exceptional Recruitment Branch Manager for our Harrow on the Hill office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to build a successful team and take a newly established branch to the next level. The Role As a billing Recruitment Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Recruitment Consultants while continuing to manage your own desk. You’ll have the full support of senior management and access to outstanding training and development resources. This is a fully office-based, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, with reduced hours during school holidays. Key Responsibilities Include: * Leading by example to drive business growth alongside your team. * Developing and implementing branch sales plans to meet performance targets. * Coaching, motivating, and nurturing your team to achieve high standards and results. * Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates. * Conducting regular team meetings, one-to-ones, and performance evaluations. * Recruiting and growing your team to maximise the branch’s potential. * Ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies. * Managing budgets, business forecasts, and promotional activities. What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you will need: * A proven track record as a billing consultant, ideally in education or social care recruitment. * Experience managing and mentoring a team of recruiters or resourcers. * Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * A confident, resilient personality with the ability to inspire and develop others. * In-depth knowledge of the education recruitment market is highly desirable. The Details * Location: Harrow on the Hill (office-based) * Working hours: * Term time: Monday-Thursday 7:00 am-5:00 pm, Friday 7:30 am-4:30 pm * School holidays: Reduced hours (approx. 9:00 am – 4 pm)
