We have a fantastic position for an experienced full-time Boarding Assistant working in one of our clients Boarding Houses. The successful candidate will share the responsibility for the well-being and welfare of the boarders in the House. They will assist the Housemistress in the smooth running of the House. The successful candidate will be caring, positive and conscientious with a good sense of humour, flexibility, stamina and attention to detail. This post would suit someone already pursuing a career in a boarding school environment or interested in doing so.

Benefits include year-round free accommodation in a purpose two-bed flat (can include a partner, small family or pets) and free meals during term time (to the applicant), paid school holidays and use of school facilities. Involvement in the wider life of the school is expected. This is a full-time post, working term-time only. Salary varies depending on experience and if you are a qualified teacher holding a QTS/PGCE.
