As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Compliance & Resourcing Manager who is organised, proactive and ready to play a key role in the success of our agency.
This is a varied position that combines candidate compliance with recruitment resourcing, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in getting things done.

This is a full-time office-based role in our Harrow on the Hill office. We do not offer hybrid or remote working.
The Role
You'll be responsible for ensuring all candidates are fully compliant before they begin work in schools, while also actively sourcing high-quality teachers and support staff for live vacancies.
Working closely with our recruitment team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the highest compliance standards while helping us attract exceptional education professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Compliance
- Managing the end-to-end compliance process for teachers and support staff.
- Obtaining and checking right to work documentation.
- Processing enhanced DBS applications and monitoring update service checks.
- Obtaining professional references in line with safeguarding requirements.
- Verifying qualifications and teaching status where applicable.
- Carrying out identity and employment history checks.
- Ensuring files meet safeguarding and education recruitment standards before clearance.
- Maintaining accurate candidate records on our CRM system.
- Liaising with candidates to obtain outstanding documentation promptly.
- Ensuring compliance is completed within required timescales.
- Resourcing
- Sourcing candidates for active vacancies using job boards, Linked In, referrals and social media.
- Contacting new and existing candidates to discuss opportunities.
- Registering and interviewing education professionals.
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pool.
- Writing engaging job adverts to attract high-quality candidates.
- Supporting Recruitment Consultants by identifying suitable candidates quickly.
- Helping to fill vacancies efficiently while maintaining excellent candidate relationships.

- Previous experience in recruitment compliance, recruitment resourcing or education recruitment.
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
