We are looking for an ambitious Education Recruitment Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our successful Harrow on the Hill branch.
This is an outstanding opportunity to take ownership of an established branch with significant potential, supported by an experienced leadership team and an uncapped earning opportunity.
The Role As Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of the Harrow on the Hill branch.
You will lead from the front, developing your team, growing existing accounts, winning new business, and ensuring the highest levels of service are delivered to both schools and candidates.
You will be responsible for driving revenue, profitability, compliance, and team performance while creating a positive, ambitious, and collaborative culture.
- Branch Manager Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the branch.
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop recruitment consultants.
- Drive branch sales, profitability, and performance against agreed targets.

- Previous experience within education recruitment.
