Enlighten Supply Pool is an Education Recruitment company built on experience and the highest levels of service for our teachers, support staff and schools. We are growing very quickly and we are now looking for an experienced resourcer to join our team to support the recruitment of the highest quality staff in our beautiful Harrow office. The Role You will be working closely alongside the consultant team to support them to find teaching and support staff for individual roles and our supply staff pool. The Education Resourcer role will include: * Searching for and contacting suitable candidates from online job boards * Undertaking face to face and phone interviews * Writing candidate profiles suitable for schools * Editing and updating CVs * Preparing all compliance paperwork * Managing the pre-registration online database * General administration duties * Answering the phone and supporting with day to day running of the office Working with Enlighten Supply Pool You will be working alongside a highly-experienced, friendly and professional team who all have more than 35 years experience in Education recruitment and teaching.
