We are looking for a Billing Branch Manager to inspire the next generation of consultants, resourcers and administrators. We are into our 17th year of trading and have built up a reputation with hundreds of schools. We are regarded as one of the most established names in the Education Recruitment industry at present. More importantly, we value our people and it is imperative they are looked after.
As a Branch Manager, we are looking for someone who can grow with the brand, develop people, customer service skills, forecast and someone who understands HR as the person might have to advise staff when needed. The company is at a level where it is vital we don’t plateau or become stagnant within the market hence why we are seeking a forward-thinking person to develop the business and grow the brand with fresh ideas.
We have a 3-year plan in place to open up other branches and potentially offer shares to the senior members of staff but before we get to that point, we must ensure to maintain the growth pattern of the company. Lastly, we have a proven model that is well established in the field and is unrivalled by our competitors.

We are based in Harrow On The Hill, the person will need to be at management or team leader level. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, wants to bring their personality, experience and motivation to an existing team of 12 very good members of staff and grow. Work with them; motivate, influence and pass on your expertise and recruitment industry knowledge.
