eNL is recruiting a Healthcare Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE to join its expanding team in Liverpool. You will advise NHS bodies and healthcare organisations on Court of Protection and related healthcare matters, including applications and best interests issues.
You will also handle Mental Capacity Act matters, public law, and NHS funding issues while contributing to client training and thought leadership. Travel within the role is expected as part of building client relationships.
