Responsibilities
- Handle a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, acting for a broad client base.
- Manage a full range of residential conveyancing transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build matters.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing a high standard of client care and delivering practical, commercially focused advice throughout the conveyancing process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' PQE in residential conveyancing.
- Experienced Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives and Solicitors with relevant expertise are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, capable of managing own caseload with minimal supervision and demonstrating a proactive approach to client service.
