THE ROLE
You will be responsible for a broad mix of private client work, including:
- Wills and trust creation and administration
- High net worth succession planning and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications
You will also play an important role in supervising and mentoring junior members of the team, helping to develop their technical and client-care skills.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE gained within a leading regional or national practice:
- Proven experience across the full spectrum of non-contentious private client matters
- Excellent client relationship skills and a proactive, commercial approach
