Litigation & Family Law Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive | 3+ PQE | South Wales | Competitive Salary DOE
An established South Wales firm is seeking a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 3 years' PQE to join its Litigation and Family team.
The Role
- Manage a mixed caseload of litigation and family law matters.
- Advise clients on contract disputes, property disputes, debt recovery and contentious probate.
- Handle divorce, financial remedy and cohabitation matters.
- Draft legal documents, correspondence and court papers.
- Conduct negotiations and liaise with clients, counsel and third parties.
- Undertake advocacy where appropriate.
- Support business development and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3+ years' PQE.
- Experience managing files independently.
- Strong communication and client care skills.
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a proactive approach.
- Experience using case management systems and legal portals.
