THE ROLE:
- You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload and work with a varied client base, dealing with transactions from initial instruction through to completion and beyond.
- The role offers plenty of variety, with exposure to freehold and leasehold transactions, sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership and new-build plot purchases.
- You will have the autonomy to manage your matters while working alongside experienced colleagues who are readily available to share knowledge and provide support when you need it.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications sought from Residential Conveyancers, Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancers with a minimum of 2 Years PQE
- Strong experience across residential conveyancing, including both freehold and leasehold work
- The ability to take responsibility for transactions with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and a well-organised approach
- The confidence to provide clear, straightforward advice to clients
- A genuine commitment to delivering a first-class client experience
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients, introducers and colleagues
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to the wider team
