Manage a varied caseload of complex and high-value economic crime and regulatory matters with a high degree of autonomy. Deliver clear, commercially focused legal advice while maintaining the highest professional standards. Build and strengthen client relationships, becoming a trusted adviser and identifying opportunities to add value. Contribute to the growth of the practice through networking, thought leadership, articles, presentations and industry events. Support the development of junior lawyers by providing guidance, supervision and mentoring. Play an active role in achieving individual and team performance objectives, with a strong commercial awareness.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Applications are sought from Regulatory & Compliance Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE.
- Experience of criminal litigation and a strong understanding of the criminal justice system and wider regulatory environment.
- The ability to manage complex matters independently while knowing when to collaborate.
- A genuine interest in developing and expanding client relationships and contributing to business growth.
- Experience of supervising, mentoring or supporting the progression of junior colleagues.
- A proactive approach to learning, professional development and sharing expertise.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
