Real Estate Finance Solicitor, Birmingham – £80K plus (DOE). A leading national law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Solicitor into their national team advising on high-profile real estate finance transactions.
The role
As a Senior Real Estate Finance Solicitor you will advise banks, funds, corporate and institutional clients on a range of financing transactions, both international and national. You will work closely with the head of department and be joining at an exciting time of growth for the expanding team.
The candidate
Required: minimum 8 years PQE handling a caseload of real estate finance matters, ideally leading transactions from both lender and borrower sides. Strong background in banking and finance with expertise in real estate matters, business-development skills, and a track record of contributing to the growth of a market-leading practice.
