An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor / Fee Earner to join a forward-thinking private client based in Burton on Trent.

THE ROLE: A highly regarded regional law firm is looking to expand their private client team through an experienced and proactive legal professional. This opportunity is perfect for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with proven technical expertise in dealing with all aspects of private client law, including Wills, LPA’s, Probate, Estate Administration and Inheritance Tax Planning. You will play a key role in supporting junior members of the team including mentoring and training.

THE CANDIDATE: An experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive is sought after to join this regional law firm in Burton on Trent and undertake a varied caseload of private client matters. You will have at least 5 years PQE in handling your own caseload of private client matters. You will have gained exposure to Wills, LPA, Probate and Estate Administration. STEP membership would be advantageous. You will possess the ability to actively engage in business development and deal with a complex caseload of private client related matters.
