The Role
Working as part of one of the most reputable teams, you will be joining the employment team supporting a diverse client base spanning commercial organisations, healthcare providers, educational institutions and public sector bodies. The role offers a broad mix of Employment Tribunal advocacy, strategic input on complex employment matters and advisory work. You will receive a steady flow of high-quality instructions from the established employment team, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent outcomes for clients. You will be involved in matters from the outset, helping to shape case strategy, draft pleadings and advisory documents, and represent clients at preliminary and final hearings across the Employment Tribunal system.
Additional Scope
Applications are welcomed from those with a mixed practice including employment law who have developed a particular interest in employment law and are looking to build a more specialist career in this area.
