THE ROLE
- As part of this growing team, you will take on a diverse caseload covering a wide range of complex matters, including Casualty & Public Sector claims, abuse, utilities cases, Employer's Liability & Public Liability claims and Product Liability cases
- The supervision of more junior members of the team.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong advocacy skills and experience representing clients at inquests.
- Ability to manage complex caseloads and work independently.
- Proven experience managing a broad range of defendant abuse claims including, vicarious liability and public sector abuse and/or claims against social services professionals
- An excellent communicator with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
