- An opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified solicitor to join a Civil Litigation team, working closely with an experienced Litigation Partner on a broad and varied caseload.
- The caseload includes boundary disputes, company and commercial litigation, debt recovery, inquest work, judicial review, landlord and tenant disputes, probate disputes, professional negligence, property cases, and TOLATA claims.
- Applications are open to newly qualified solicitors, as well as those with experience in litigation, who are proactive, confident in handling debt recovery calls, and skilled in advocating effectively for clients.
- You will be an organised team player with excellent communication and IT skills, focused on building a long-term career in litigation.
