The Opportunity:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a close-knit and collaborative team at an exciting stage of the firm's growth. The department is looking to appoint a full-time fee earner to complement its existing part-time lawyers and play an important role in expanding and strengthening the firm's Private Client offering. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working autonomously, values high-quality client relationships and is looking for a long-term role within a genuinely supportive and people-focused firm.

Your Caseload:

• Wills, Trusts and Probate.
• Establishment of Trusts, including Vulnerable Person Trusts.
• Standard Estate Administration, together with some higher-value and high-net-worth estates.
• Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Preparing and drafting Wills independently and confidently.

What the firm is looking for:

• A qualified Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE, or equivalent experience, gained within Private Client.
• Technically strong across the main areas of Private Client law.
• Comfortable managing matters independently with limited supervision.
• A confident and effective communicator with a friendly, approachable manner.
• Highly client-focused, with a genuine commitment to providing a personal service.
• A collaborative team player who will thrive within a close-knit, supportive and family-oriented environment.
• Someone with an existing client following, ideally, although this is not essential.
