I am working with a national law firm who are looking for someone with that magical Ready Brek glow to appoint a Regulatory Partner into the Birmingham team. On offer is a salary that will attract individuals who are motivated to build a department from a standing start and create a highly profitable department. You can write your business plan and will be given complete autonomy to deliver it.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regulatory Partner to join this leading commercial law firm in Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities- The regulatory team covers all types of matters including but not limited to health and safety regulations, environmental matters and also data protection issues.
- The successful Regulatory Partner will be well placed to provide advice on all of the above matters and more to a varied client base.
- Manage your own caseload of matters and deal with the day to day responsibilities that come along with the partnership status.
- Gain exposure to licensing work, Health and Safety matters, environmental and trade matters as well as inquests.
- Be a highly driven and focused individual with an excellent track record of winning work and business development.
- Ideal Regulatory Partners will have some experience of dealing with licensing issues, product liability, and inquests.
- You will have a proven network of contacts who are able to instruct you on future matters.
