An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded national law firm's Liverpool office. Working alongside recognised specialists, you will advise a diverse client base on high-quality real estate matters while benefiting from genuine career progression, business development opportunities and the support of an established national real estate platform.
The Role
- Advise a broad range of clients, including occupiers, property developers, investors and lenders, on a variety of commercial property matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals of investment properties, including sale and leaseback transactions.
- Negotiating leases and associated landlord and tenant documentation on behalf of both landlords and tenants.
- Acquisition of development and investment sites.
- Negotiating development agreements and disposals of development sites to investors.
- Supervising junior team members on portfolio management matters, including licences, consents and lease transactions.
- Reviewing, reporting on and advising in relation to title matters.
- Advising on heads of terms and transaction structures.
- Working closely with colleagues across Corporate, Banking, Construction and Restructuring teams on multi-disciplinary transactions.
