The successful candidate will manage a varied private client caseload, deliver high-quality legal advice and build strong client relationships, while taking responsibility for the strategic development and growth of the department.
Applicants should be qualified solicitors with five or more years' PQE or equivalent experience, ideally with expertise in wills, probate, trusts and estate administration. Strong leadership, business development and communication skills are essential, alongside the ambition to lead a department and contribute to its continued success.
