A highly regarded national practice is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Solicitor to its growing specialist team. This is an opportunity to work with a broad range of clients including universities, educational establishments, charities, public sector organisations and technology businesses on a variety of commercial and strategic matters.

The successful candidate will advise on a wide range of commercial agreements, including collaboration arrangements, joint ventures, procurement projects, outsourcing agreements and technology contracts. The role offers exposure to challenging and rewarding work, whilst working alongside lawyers recognised as leaders in their field. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to deepen their sector expertise and take on a visible role within a thriving team.

The firm is keen to hear from Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 6 years' PQE and a solid grounding in commercial contracts and advisory work. Whilst previous experience within the education sector would be beneficial, applications are welcomed from lawyers with broader commercial experience who are interested in developing a specialism within the education, government and technology sectors. You will possess strong technical skills, excellent commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. The ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships, manage competing priorities and work collaboratively with colleagues will be key to success in this role.
