The role involves working on a high‑quality, complex portfolio of corporate and M&A transactions, including corporate restructures, shareholder arrangements, private equity, fundraising, and general corporate matters, often with an international element.
Responsibilities
- Lead and co‑lead high‑value corporate and M&A transactions across a broad remit.
- Advise clients on corporate restructures, shareholder arrangements, private equity and fundraising.
- Provide general corporate advice with an international dimension.
- Develop and nurture client relationships within the corporate team.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues and resources to deliver superior service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years Post‑Qualification Experience advising on corporate transactions.
- Strong track record in leading national, regional or international practice on corporate matters.
- Experience in M&A, corporate restructures, shareholder arrangements, private equity and fundraising.
- Capability to work on complex, high‑value deals and to support a sizeable caseload.
