You will be responsible for advising on a broad range of planning matters, alongside highways and environmental issues. You will negotiate planning and highways agreements and support matters involving the threat of compulsory purchase and related planning considerations.

The Candidate

  • Up to 5 years PQE, Newly Qualified Solicitors considered
  • Completed at least one seat in planning law within a practice recognised for its planning law expertise
