Working alongside the firm's successful national corporate team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and sharing of technical knowledge across the practice. monitoring legislative and regulatory changes conducting legal research developing and delivering training maintaining knowledge resources helping to identify and share best practice across the corporate team contributing to innovation and the development of technology within the legal service delivery process This is a varied role which would suit a technically strong Corporate Solicitor who enjoys keeping up to date with developments in the law, sharing knowledge with colleagues and contributing to the wider development of a successful practice. THE CANDIDATE: You will ideally have at least 5 years' PQE as a qualified Solicitor or equivalent legal qualification, together with a strong technical background in corporate law.
