Lead the Private Client department at a highly respected Legal 500 firm. Work closely with the Managing Partner to shape strategy and drive departmental performance. Manage a varied caseload including wills, probate, estate administration and Court of Protection matters. Provide hands on leadership, inspiring and mentoring a talented team. Promote technical excellence, professional development and high standards of client care. Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and uphold the firm’s strong reputation.
The Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with 8+ PQE in private client law.
- Proven leadership experience including supervision, mentoring and team development.
- Strong expertise in wills, probate, estates, trusts and Court of Protection matters.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to produce high quality, accurate work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a composed, professional approach.
- Up to date knowledge of AML, GDPR and other key compliance requirements.
