Corporate Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Newcastle upon Tyne, up to £65,000 (DOE). A new opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor looking for a new challenge in their career. JOB REF: 1315.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of corporate finance and company law advisory work.
• Your clients will include owner-managed businesses, public companies, private equity/venture capital funds, and banks.
• Deliver commercially astute, clear and pragmatic advice.
• Demonstrate excellent advocacy, drafting, and client relationship skills.
• Be a proactive and collaborative team player, with an eye for business development.
• Be aware of and contribute to a competitive remuneration package and genuine career progression.

Requirements

• Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
