The role involves managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, delivering a high standard of client care throughout the transaction. The role offers the opportunity to work independently whilst being part of a supportive and collaborative team, with responsibility for maintaining and developing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Experience of small business transactions and commercial leases would also be advantageous, providing additional variety to an already diverse caseload.
Responsibilities
- Manage residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
- Maintain and develop client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities.

- Handle small business transactions and commercial leases where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year PQE as a solicitor.
- Experience managing own conveyancing caseload.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- Experience of residential sales and purchases.
- Exposure to small business transactions and lease work is advantageous.
- Commercially aware, proactive and committed to delivering exceptional client service.
