The Role
- Working closely with an experienced senior lawyer, you'll manage your own caseload while assisting on more complex and high-value disputes across a variety of sectors.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising clients on a broad range of commercial litigation matters.
- Handling employment-related disputes where required.
- Managing professional negligence claims.
- Assisting with fraud and complex contentious matters.
- Developing strong client relationships by providing practical, commercially focused advice.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an exceptional standard of client service.
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the litigation team.
The Candidate
- Applications are welcomed from Solicitors who can demonstrate:
- A minimum of 2 years' PQE in litigation.
- Experience handling a varied contentious caseload.
- Excellent technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
