JOB TITLE: Banking Solicitor PQE REQUIRED: 2+ LOCATION: Manchester SALARY: Up to £65,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE: Working closely with lawyers across multiple practice areas, you will advise on a broad range of banking and finance matters, drafting and reviewing banking documentation, including bespoke facility agreements and Loan Market Association (LMA) documentation.

You will play a key role in supporting complex commercial transactions, collaborating with colleagues across the firm to deliver pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice to an impressive client base.

This is an excellent opportunity to undertake high quality work within a collaborative and fast paced environment.

THE CANDIDATE: Applications are sought from Solicitors with at least 2 years' PQE and a strong background in banking and finance.

You will have experience drafting and reviewing banking documentation, including bespoke facility agreements and Loan Market Association (LMA) documentation.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, possess excellent communication and relationship building skills and enjoy working collaboratively across multiple legal disciplines.

You will be commercially minded, proactive and capable of managing competing priorities while delivering a consistently high standard of client service.
