An excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded residential property team in Oxfordshire, advising a broad client base on high-quality residential property matters within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The role involves:

  • Handling a varied caseload of residential property matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
  • Reviewing and drafting contracts and associated documentation.
  • Managing exchange and completion processes.
  • Overseeing post-completion formalities including land registry requirements.
  • Advising on mortgage redemptions, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, secured lending matters, residential tenancy and licence arrangements, and transactions relating to new developments.

Working as part of a wider cross-office real estate practice, you will be embedded within the Oxfordshire team, building strong and lasting client relationships while benefiting from the support of a broader national platform. Hybrid working is supported, typically with two to three days in the office depending on business needs.

The successful candidate will be an established Residential Property Lawyer operating at Senior Associate or Legal Director level, with a strong general property background. You will demonstrate excellent client and matter management skills, commercial awareness, and the confidence to manage your own caseload independently. A track record of contributing to practice development and business growth will be advantageous. Strong communication skills, IT proficiency, and a proactive, self-motivated approach are essential.
