This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Professional Support Lawyer to join the expanding Commercial Property team at a nationally recognised Legal 500 firm. This role offers the chance to assist in shaping the firm's knowledge management and drive performance as it embraces further technological and software innovation.
THE ROLE
The successful candidate will build effective relationships across the firm and assist in enhancing the quality and consistency of departmental documentation. The role includes:
- Drafting precedents and user notes
- Regularly reviewing existing materials
- Recommending improvements to align with best practice
- Reviewing and approving documentation produced by the Commercial Property team
- Designing and delivering relevant technical training
- Reviewing departmental systems and processes to drive improvements
- Drafting articles and press releases
- Producing content for the firm's website
- Supporting lawyers with queries while complementing their own research with assistance from the Information Team
THE CANDIDATE
Applications are invited from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years' PQE, with strong technical expertise, and prior client-facing experience within a large city, national, or regional firm. You should be confident and personable, with excellent drafting abilities and strong academic credentials.
