An established London practice is looking for a skilled Property Litigation Locum to support its busy commercial property team. The firm requires additional capacity and is seeking someone with strong experience in landlord and tenant work, lease renewals, and wider commercial property disputes. Initial weeks will be office-based, with remote flexibility available thereafter.
Role Highlights
- Running a varied caseload of landlord and tenant matters
- Handling both contested and uncontested lease renewals
- Advising clients on commercial property disputes and supporting strategic decision‐making
- Managing files effectively using Actionstep CMS
- Working closely with partners, supported by paralegal and secretarial resources
Candidate Profile
- 7–10 years' PQE in property litigation or commercial property
- Confident handling lease disputes and renewals
- Experience in broader commercial property disputes is advantageous
- Able to work autonomously with a commercial, solutions‐focused approach
