In this role, you’ll manage a caseload of general Wills and Probate matters, supporting clients with empathy and professionalism through estate administration, drafting wills, powers of attorney, and related private client work.

THE ROLE:
  • Draft and review legal documents with precision, reflecting clients' instructions accurately
  • Develop trusted relationships with clients and identify areas to expand services
  • Deliver timely, sound advice on a wide range of probate and estate matters
  • Work proactively and independently, while also supporting colleagues when needed
SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Up to 2 years' post-qualification experience in Wills and Probate
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to plan and prioritise to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach
  • A flexible team player who’s willing to assist across the department as required
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, digital dictation tools, and case management systems
