In this role, you’ll manage a caseload of general Wills and Probate matters, supporting clients with empathy and professionalism through estate administration, drafting wills, powers of attorney, and related private client work.
THE ROLE:- Draft and review legal documents with precision, reflecting clients' instructions accurately
- Develop trusted relationships with clients and identify areas to expand services
- Deliver timely, sound advice on a wide range of probate and estate matters
- Work proactively and independently, while also supporting colleagues when needed
- Up to 2 years' post-qualification experience in Wills and Probate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly
- Excellent organisational skills, able to plan and prioritise to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach
- A flexible team player who’s willing to assist across the department as required
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, digital dictation tools, and case management systems
