An exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic and growing family law practice in the City, offering high-quality work and genuine scope to shape and grow your own practice.

This busy and highly respected City-based family team is looking to recruit a capable and self-sufficient Family Solicitor to play a central role in supporting the practice’s continued growth. The role requires someone to handle a varied caseload covering the full range of family law matters, including complex financial remedy work, divorce, private children matters, and, on occasion, international elements. You will act as a key sounding board and collaborator to the Head of Department, with the opportunity to take on responsibility, contribute to business development, and raise your professional profile (as well as the firm’s) within the London family law community.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Family Solicitor with at least 6 years’ PQE and a solid background in privately funded family work. You will be a confident operator, capable of managing your own caseload from start to finish, and comfortable acting with minimal supervision. A strong interest in business development and networking – particularly through Resolution and similar forums – is highly desirable. You will be joining a collegiate, close-knit team and should be comfortable working both collaboratively and independently. Candidates with some client following or strong referral network will be of particular interest.

This City firm punches well above its weight in terms of client base and complexity of work. The Family team has a reputation for high-quality, sensitive legal advice and benefits from a loyal, growing client base. With a flexible hybrid working model (3 days in office, 2 days WFH), a positive and supportive team environment, and ambitious growth plans, this is an ideal opportunity for a driven Family Solicitor looking to make a real impact.

To apply, contact Gemma Jones at eNL or email with your CV or simply call for a confidential discussion. eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission. As part of our candidate care process, we aim to respond to all applications in 7 days. If you have not been contacted within this timescale, your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion.

Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. At eNL we value diversity and inclusion.
