Residential Property Solicitor
This full time Residential Property Solicitor position in Liverpool offers a salary of £30,000 to £50,000, suited to a lawyer with two or more years' post-qualification experience. Based in the city centre, the successful candidate will manage a varied conveyancing caseload for local and national clients, handling transactions from instruction through to completion. Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail and the ability to build lasting client relationships are essential. The solicitor will also support the growth of the residential property department, delivering high standards of care throughout. This role provides genuine scope to develop a career within an established Liverpool practice.
The Role
You will handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, managing transactions from instruction through to completion, while providing a high standard of client care.
- Managing your own caseload of residential property transactions
- Advising clients throughout the conveyancing process
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and professional contacts
- Supporting the development of new business opportunities
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure transactions progress efficiently
The Candidate
