We are currently seeking a qualified Conveyancer to take on a key role within this expanding team.

The Role

  • You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post completion, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and re‑mortgages.
  • You will have support from a legal assistant.
  • Alongside your fee‑earning work, you will also take on the role of MLRO for the firm and have some supervisory responsibilities within the conveyancing team.

Skills Required

  • The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
  • You will have a proven ability to manage a full caseload independently.
  • Previous experience of supervising more junior members of a team would be advantageous.
  • A desire to progress into a leadership role and take on the responsibility of MLRO.
