- Excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a respected and growing property team, offering high quality work and genuine long term career progression.
- Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion.
- Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions.
- Deliver exceptional client care throughout the conveyancing process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders and other introducers.
- Suitable for qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 years' PQE or equivalent experience.
