The Role:

A position has become available for a Legal Secretary to join this established firm. The successful candidate will work within the residential conveyancing team supporting fee earners. Responsibilities include handling post-completion work, Stamp Duty Returns, assisting in the preparation of sale contract packs, and submitting searches. The role also involves liaising with estate agents, lenders, and clients.

The Candidate:

You should be an experienced Legal Secretary with a proven track record in residential conveyancing. The candidate must be able to hit the ground running, possess strong communication skills, and be extremely organized and efficient with time management.
