Responsibilities
- Manage cases through all stages of the regulatory process, including presenting matters at interim order applications, reviews, and contested hearings.
- Conduct applications for interim order extensions in the High Court, subject to audience rights.
- Prepare and manage hearing documentation, advise on the progression of regulatory investigations, and provide strategic regulatory advice to clients.
- Draft and approve allegations for consideration by regulatory tribunals, ensuring the highest standards of technical accuracy and client service.
Qualifications
- Solicitor Advocate with a minimum of 3 years' PQE and strong experience handling contested and uncontested hearings within a regulatory fitness‑to‑practice environment.
- Excellent advocacy, analytical and communication skills, with a genuine passion for healthcare regulatory work.
- Demonstrated collaborative approach, exceptional client care skills, and a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
